As a single father, Jai'Colby'E that pours in knowledge of his life into his sons. To get them further in life than he ever was. Jai'Colby'E Strives to learn as much about life, manhood, parenting, dating, working, and more to give to his sons. Though as a social worker that is in pursuit of his masters, it is his job to also give these life lessons to the world to help them become better. 

Striving not only to empower himself and his sons, but also others. Jai'Colby'E published his first book No No Square to help have that tough conversation with his sons about inappropriate touching which has help others do the same. Now a speaker to keep educating children on this tough topic by partnering with schools to empower children.
